These terms apply to your use of Baby Cart (babycart.co), operated by [Legal business name and licence number], a business licensed in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the content of your registry, including anything collaborators you invite add.

Baby Cart is a registry that links to products sold by other stores. We do not sell, ship, or guarantee those products. Prices, stock, delivery, returns and warranties are the store's responsibility, and prices shown may be out of date.

We never receive, hold or transfer gift money. Cash gifts go directly from guests to parents using the IBAN, payment link or gift cards the parents provide. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of those details, and we are not responsible for any payment made through them.

Any service providers we list or refer, such as home nursing, postpartum or lactation support, are independent businesses. We only refer agencies licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), but we do not provide, supervise or guarantee their services. Baby Cart does not recruit, employ or place domestic workers.

Some store links on Baby Cart are affiliate links. If someone buys through them, we may earn a commission from the store at no extra cost to the buyer.

Do not use Baby Cart for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, to collect money under false pretences, or to upload content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend or remove accounts or registries that break these terms.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You allow us to store and display them so your registry works for you and your guests.

Baby Cart is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from stores, service providers, payments between guests and parents, or interruptions to the site.

You can stop using Baby Cart at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
